Fabian has over 10 years of hands-on HR experience combined with a degree in International Affairs. Starting as an Intern in 2012 at Namics he learned the HR craft from the ground. Working in ever more extensive, regional HR-Projects he joined dentsu in 2018 as Senior HR Manager through Namics. Taking over HR responsibilities for the Swiss German Part of dentsu Switzerland in 2020 and as HR Director for Switzerland and CXM DACH in 2022.
