Dentsu Aegis Network’s iProspect extends its performance marketing outreach in Poland with the acquisition of Marketing Wizards
Dentsu Aegis Network today announces that it has signed an agreement to acquire Marketing Wizards, the fast growing Polish performance marketing agency. Marketing Wizards will be integrated with iProspect, Dentsu Aegis Network’s global digital performance agency, and further expands the scale and digital capabilities of the network in Poland and the Central and Eastern European region.
Founded in 2010, Marketing Wizards has grown significantly to become one of the leading performance and search agencies in Poland. Located in Warsaw, the agency provides a full suite of performance marketing services including search marketing, performance display, e-mail marketing & CRM, paid social, affiliate marketing, performance design, SEO, web analytics and usability services. Led by three friends from Warsaw School of Economics: Marcin Pogroszewski, Karol Milewski and Tomasz Nowiński, the 60+ consultants at Marketing Wizards provide full-service performance expertise to clients such as Virgin Mobile, Wonga, Travelist, Westwing Home and Living, BlaBlaCar, InPost, DaWanda and Johnson & Johnson.
Post acquisition, the Marketing Wizards team will be integrated with the existing iProspect team who provide search marketing, performance display, paid social, SEO and content marketing services to high-profile clients including Lego, MasterCard, adidas, Mattel and Reebok. The extended iProspect team will be led by a new Management Board consisting of iProspect’s Client Service Director Magdalena Mulenga, and Marketing Wizards joint Managing Directors Marcin Pogroszewski and Karol Milewski. Tomasz Nowiński, Marketing Wizard’s third Managing Director, will continue his close cooperation with the integrated agency as Advisor to the Management Board.
