Journalist and publicist graduated from the Pontifical Catholic University of Campinas (PUCCAMP). MBA in marketing from Trevisan School (São Paulo). Master's degree at George Washington University (GWU) in Political Communication and Strategic Governance. He is currently a GWU Professor of Public Communication.
It is today, without doubt, one of the most experienced professionals in public communication strategies in Brazil. His first communication activity took place in 1982, where he accumulated more than 40 clients served at international, national, state and municipal levels. In 1989 opened its communication agency becoming the largest agency in the interior of the state of Sao Paulo.
In 2002, he founded, with 4 more partners, the agency Quê Comunicação, which in 2013 joined NBS. From 2013 to 2019 was partner and Executive Vice President of the agency. His professional responsibility led him to make commitments to the market as president of various entities: IAP - Institute for Advertising Follow-up, ABMN - Brazilian Association of Marketing & Business and currently SINAPROSP - Union of Advertising Agencies of the State of São Paulo, and vice-president of CAMP - Associate Club of Political Marketing Professionals.
