Paul Williams, Chief Executive Officer of BWM Dentsu, commenced his advertising career in London with Ogilvy before transferring to Ogilvy Sydney to run the AMEX and Unilever accounts.
At the age of 28, Paul became a partner in creative agency Weeks Morris Osborn, and after the agency’s sale to DMB&B, he became the youngest managing director in the worldwide network.
Throughout his 30-year career, Paul has gained broad experience across many blue chip clients from Qantas, Telstra, Unilever, Procter & Gamble, GIO, AAMI, American Express, Westpac and MasterCard. He was also communications leader in the float of GIO, the first 100% transfer of a government business enterprise to private ownership in Australia.
Over 20 years Paul has led BWM Dentsu to become a major Australian independent, spanning several acquisitions along the way. He is widely recognised as a thought leader within the Australian advertising industry.
