Chief Executive Officer, Isobar and Head of Innovation, Dentsu Aegis Network ANZ
Konrad Spilva is CEO of Isobar and Head of Innovation for Dentsu Aegis Network Australia and New Zealand. Konrad founded Isobar in 2001 (then called Visual Jazz) and has since successfully evolved the business through three major mergers.
Under his leadership, Isobar Australia has grown to have over 300 people, the nation’s largest Digital Strategy department and a world-class leading Experience Design team. Konrad has a down to earth, no-nonsense way of approaching any challenge or opportunity.
His commitment to the business has also seen Isobar retain long-term partnerships with GM Holden and other major clients, earning the business worldwide recognition including AdNews' Customer Experience and Digital Agency of the Year in 2016.
As Head of Innovation, Konrad is charged with driving innovative behaviour and thinking across the business. Konrad has a Bachelor of Business Marketing from RMIT. When he’s not in the office, Konrad enjoys hacking it around the golf course, attempting to wakeboard and travelling to weird and wonderful places around the world.
