Jerry Buhlmann
CEO Dentsu Aegis Network & Executive Officer of Dentsu Inc.

Jerry started his career at Young & Rubicam before moving to WCRS. In 1989 he founded BBJ in the UK and built the agency before it was acquired by Aegis Media in 1999. From 2000 to 2003 Jerry held the position of CEO of Carat International, with responsibility for the network's international clients. He was promoted in 2003 to the position of CEO Aegis Media EMEA until May 2008 when he was promoted to the position of CEO Aegis Media, as well as being appointed as a PLC Board Director. From 1 May 2010 until the acquisition of Aegis Group plc by Dentsu in March 2013, Jerry took the position of Group Chief Executive of Aegis Group plc. Post-acquisition Jerry was appointed CEO of Dentsu Aegis Network and an Executive Officer of Dentsu Inc.

Nigel Morris

Nigel Morris

Nigel Morris was appointed CEO of Aegis Media Americas in 2011 having held the position of CEO, Aegis Media North America from May 2009. In June 2012 Nigel was additionally appointed CEO of Aegis Media EMEA and became CEO, Dentsu Aegis Network Americas & EMEA following the acquisition by Dentsu. From 2003 until 2009, Nigel was the founder CEO of Isobar, and led its rapid expansion into the world's leading digital services agency network. Prior to this Nigel held a range of senior positions in Carat International. He joined Aegis Media in 1992 having previously worked in fashion, corporate identity and branding consultancy. Nigel is also Chairman of the Dentsu Aegis Network Sustainability Committee and leads the future product offering and service delivery strategy for Dentsu Aegis Network.

Nick Waters

Nick Waters
CEO, Dentsu Aegis Network, Asia Pacific

Nick joined Aegis Media in March 2010 as CEO Aegis Media Asia Pacific and post acquisition became CEO of the Asia Pacific region for Dentsu Aegis Network. Prior to this, since its beginnings in 1997, Nick held a range of senior management roles across Europe and Asia at Mindshare, including CEO of Southeast Asia (2001-2005), CEO of Asia Pacific (2005-2006), and CEO of Europe, Middle East, and Africa (2006-2010). Prior to that, Nick worked in the media team at Ogilvy.

Nick Priday

Nick Priday was appointed Chief Financial Officer in September 2009. Nick has held a range of senior finance roles at Aegis since joining in 2003, and was previously director of financial reporting, analysis and control. He qualified as a chartered accountant with Ernst & Young.

Valerie Scoular

Valerie Scoular
Group Human Resources Director, Dentsu Aegis Network

Valerie joined Aegis Media in January 2006 and now holds the position of Group Human Resources Director of Dentsu Aegis Network. Valerie started her career with British Airways, where she held a number of senior HR and general management roles before being appointed as an Advisor to The New Deal Task Force in 1997. Valerie joined Aegis Media from Barclays Bank where she was Group HR Director. She has held a number of non-executive directorships during her career.

Mike Young

Mike Young joined Dentsu Aegis Network as Chief Information Officer in August 2012 from the Post Office where he was Chief Operating Officer from 2008, chairing the Operating and Transformation Boards. At the Post Office Mike also served on the Post Office Board and that of its subsidiary, Post Office Financial Services. Prior to this, Mike held senior executive positions at Orange, Verizon and BT. Throughout his career Mike has worked to improve service quality and provide cutting edge solutions to improve a business’s cost base and its revenue.

Simon Zinger

Simon Zinger joined in 2003 as General Counsel for Aegis Media, from Vivendi where he worked as Assistant General Counsel. Prior to this, Simon was an attorney with the law firms of Baker & McKenzie and Squire Sanders & Dempsey. Simon is qualified to practice law in the United States and in the United Kingdom and offers legal work experience across multiple industries and jurisdictions. Simon has been recognised as an innovative functional leader and has strong international experience in mergers and acquisitions, commercial transactions, corporate law and intellectual property law.

Peter Huijboom

Peter Huijboom joined as Global Director of Business Integration in November 2012 and was additionally appointed to the role of CEO Media Brands & Global Clients in May 2013. With more than 25 years experience in marketing services, client partnership, business strategy and business management, Peter is responsible for building on Carat and Vizeum's track record for high performance as well as leveraging the many synergies that exist across Dentsu Aegis Network. Peter was previously CEO Geographies at Synovate, the market research company, prior to its sale by Aegis Media to Ipsos S.A. in October 2011.

Yuzuru Kato

Yuzuru Kato’s career at Dentsu spans more than 40 years, from his first position in the Marketing Division in 1973. Yuzuru moved to the Account Management Division in 1980 and became a senior account manager in 1992. He transferred to Dentsu Europe in 1996 and was Director General of the Paris Office for five years. Subsequently he worked in the Asian Affairs Office and handled global business in the International Business Division (later Global Management Division) as Director. Yuzuru was appointed Executive Officer in 2009. In 2011, he became a Senior Vice President and Director, Member of the Board. Since 2013, he has been an Executive Vice President of Dentsu Inc., in charge of client accounts and business operations.

Kaz Iwagami

Kaz Iwagami was appointed Executive Officer of Dentsu Inc. in June 2008, in charge of global business and the media content business of the Dentsu Group, and has been CEO of Dentsu media since 2012. Kaz started his career at Dentsu in 1978, as a media planner and buyer in the Media Services/Newspaper & Magazine Division at Dentsu’s headquarters in Tokyo. Kaz transferred to Dentsu UK in 1988 as Deputy Managing Director of Dentsu UK Ltd., holding this position for five years. After his return to Tokyo, he held positions including Manager of the Sports Marketing Division and Director of Account Management Division 5.

Rob Horler

Robert began his media career in 1993 at Times Newspapers. In 1996, he joined LineOne, one of the first Internet services to launch in the UK, where he helped build its online advertising business. Robert joined Carat Interactive in 2000 as Managing Partner and was promoted to Managing Director in 2002. In 2004, Robert founded Diffiniti, which became one of the largest stand-alone online planning and buying companies in the UK. In 2009, Diffiniti became part of the iProspect network. Robert re-joined Carat as Managing Director in May 2009. In January 2011 he was appointed to the role of CEO for Aegis Media UK and in February 2013 was appointed CEO for Dentsu Aegis Network Northern Europe.

John Murray
President, Amplifi Global

John Murray was appointed President of Amplifi Global in January 2013, the media investment arm of Dentsu Aegis Network. John has also held other senior positions across the network including President of the Digital Action Group (DAG) for Aegis Media Global and the first global President of Amnet, the Aegis Media global trading desk.  John entered the world of digital in 1995 when he became Managing Director of a consultancy firm set up specifically to look at the opportunities that digital media presented to media brands and the computer games industry. In 1999, he joined PHD Media Ltd to help set up PHDiQ the digital arm of PHD.In 2007 John became Managing Director-Digital for the Mitchell Communication Group (MCG), the number one player in digital in Australia. John sits on the Dentsu Aegis Network Risk Committee and is Co-Chair of the Dentsu Aegis Network Data Council.
