Challenge
Educate consumers of the unique and innovative offering from Rangitikei Free Range. MKTG were tasked with showcasing the Ready to Cook products in a way which would allow consumers to sample the chicken as it should be served at home- in a slow cooker- while driving sales (a challenge which other agencies had said was not possible).
Solution
MKTG planned and co-ordinated a nationwide instore sampling campaign which allowed the chicken to be prepped in a slow cooker early in the day, ready to be sampled in the afternoon when it was cooked to perfection. A detailed process was implemented ensuring clear comms with stores and Reps and thorough training provided to Brand Ambassadors.
Results
The campaign was delivered nationwide without a hitch. Over 9000 consumers were engaged with achieving a conversion rate of 21% from sample to sale, exceeding the KPI set by 9%
