With more than 25 years industry experience, Annette Warring’s major areas of expertise include media strategy, digital, client development and business intelligence. Annette has generated continuous growth since her arrival in 2007 by introducing major blue chip accounts including P&G, GM, Disney and The Home Depot. Previously, she paved the way in evolving media planning into holistic communications on accounts such as McDonald’s and Sprint. She has also championed greater accountability through media measurement and analytics. In 2014, she was named Media Director of the Year by strategy, the top honor recognizing a media executive in Canada. Annette Warring has also served as judge for the prestigious Cannes Lions.

Focusing on solutions spanning new product development, global marketing strategies and new technologies, Sasha has worked with some of the world’s biggest companies from London, New York, Paris, Boston and Toronto. He is currently helming the rollout of the network’s strategic offer in Canada. Sasha works with all our major clients, including GM, Manulife, P&G, The Home Depot, across all our agency brands in Canada. Sasha is a graduate of Singularity University in Silicon Valley, the elite, global joint-venture program founded by Google and NASA dedicated to the understanding of accelerating technologies and their impacts on humanity.

With nearly twenty years of experience in the talent sector, John Stockwell is a proven results-oriented executive who brings a diverse range of experience in national, multinational and global companies. As a key member of the Canadian executive team at Dentsu Aegis Network, he pilots various human resources initiatives including talent planning, development and recruitment, career pathing, performance management and employee engagement. Prior to joining the network, John was Vice President Human Resources Americas at Open Text Corporation, a key leader in Enterprise Information Management (EIM). Previously, he held leadership positions at Morneau Shepell, the largest Canadian-based human resources firm, and mining multinational Vale.

PHILIP FILIPPOPOULOS

PHILIP FILIPPOPOULOS

Chief Financial Officer, Dentsu Aegis Network Canada

Philip Filippopoulos has deep experience in the advertising and marketing industries, and in the agency and client service sectors. He joined Omnicom in 1998 and rapidly rose to executive positions within the group. He was most recently CFO and EVP at BBDO Canada where he led Finance, IT and Operations. His experience spans strategic planning, treasury, operational finance, financial planning and analysis, business integration, as well as mergers and acquisitions. Under his tenure, Filippopoulos oversaw the double digit growth of BBDO as well as numerous network initiatives, including the establishment of Juniper Park.  At Dentsu Aegis Network, he works in close partnership with the senior leadership team to develop and lead strategic initiatives to accelerate overall growth, while overseeing all financial aspects of the business. 

LOUISE GAUTHIER

EVP, Group Profitability Management, Dentsu Aegis Network Canada

Louise Gauthier is EVP, Group Profitability Management. Her role consists in enabling the organization better understand the key drivers of profitability and improve it, from client profitability to how all businesses are managed. Louise joined the group in 2001 and in 2007, was named CFO. During her tenure, Dentsu Aegis Network grew tenfold in Canada. Some of her achievements include managing all financial aspects of the expansion of brands from two to now ten agency brands, as well as four acquisitions for the group.  With more than 31 years of experience in financial operations and management, Louise evolved to key executive positions throughout her career. She is a Certified Professional Accountant of Canada (CPA) and a Certified General Accountant of Canada (CGA).

Senior Legal Counsel, Dentsu Aegis Network Canada

With over 7 years’ experience in the digital media and publishing industry, Megan has provided legal counsel to more than 200 brands across multiple print, online and mobile platforms, with an emphasis on digital product and sales. Prior to joining Dentsu Aegis Network Canada, Megan held the position of Director, Legal Affairs at Postmedia Network Inc., one of Canada's largest media companies. Previously, she held legal counsel positions at Shoppers Drug Mart and Brookfield Residential Properties. Megan holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) degree and a Bachelor of Laws degree from Queen's University in Kingston. She was called to the Bar in Ontario in 2002.
